Staplehurst. It's a small town with a village feel. It's a rest stop for weary travellers on the road. It's a place people pass through on the train and wonder 'what's it like living there?'. It's a collection of homes and businesses. It's all these things but you and I know it's so much more than that. It's the neighbour you say a cheerful hello to every morning. It's the stream of children walking down the road heading for the school bus; children you remember being pushed around in their prams only yesterday. It's the vibrant public house and the helpful pharmacy; the welcoming Post Office and the well-stocked greengrocers and butchers. It's the ladies chatting on the parade before heading home. People notice one another and cross the street to help someone in need. Commuters heading home from London smile as they hear the words 'We are now arriving in Staplehurst' as they know their loved ones are but a short walk away. Community is alive and well here and that is something to be cherished. It's not just a place to hang your hat every night; it's home and the people who live here take pride in that. Our vision is to make our business a positive hub of the community alongside all the other great businesses and institutions that stand here. A desire to get to know our community is the driving force behind our venture.
